1. Pit Shark Belt Squat

5 Sets / Ascending Weight / Failure-Drop Set Last Set

 

2. Barbell Squat (Emphasize the Hammie)

3 Sets / 5 reps GO BIG OR GO HOME

3. Jefferson Deadlift w/super set wheel rolls

4 Sets / 5 Reps per leg / Last Set:

3 reps per leg, failure... Superset with lower abdominal wheel rollouts

4. Reverse Hyperextension (Glute Emphasis)

5 Sets/ 5 Reps DO NOT GO LIGHT, SWING TIGHT

5. Ronnie Coleman Barnyards

2 Sets Outside or on Turf Walking Barbell Lounge with Plates (45's, if you didn't know that then you might need to start with the barbell)

1 Set with plate and a 10 (That's 55lbs on each side, cool gyms have 55lb plates)

1 set with plates (I am sure you got the got this one boss)

 

The last two sets, go to failure on distance.
